My first novel
France, July 1918. Pierre is an Italian soldier, born in 1899, who enlisted in the army to defend his country. Through the memories of a youth devastated by the outbreak of the conflict, the young man recounts the abominations of war and the long journey he will face before the battle that will change his life and that of many other soldiers forever.
